Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

This year was a very different Christmas. We got more snow a day before Christmas, which meant that family wasn't able to travel to our place for the feast. I was up at 8am to make my 14lb turkey. I was going to still make turkey even if everyone couldn't make it. My mom (Janet) was able to make it over to our house. So we were able to celebrate Christmas with some family. Logan got some great gifts from Santa, he really enjoys opening presents. Much better this year than last year. Thought maybe once the snow stopped falling we would be able to do some after Christmas shopping, but that was a no, the wind came up and kept me from going out.

Sunday the weather was better and the family was able to come and have Christmas. We saved the turkey from Christmas day to eat. Which was awesome! We had Steve, Shar, Kevin, Angie, Zack, and Jeff over for supper and presents. What fun, Logan got to see his grandpa Steve. With all the snow that Nebraska and Iowa has gotten we were not able to make it to Iowa to see our grandparents who live in Alantic, IA. Maybe we can make it sometime in the new year.
I'm sorry I didn't take as many pictures this Christmas as I have in the past, but we do have some pictures of Logan playing with his favorite toy. Bowling.. We even have some short videos.

On the 29Th I got to babysit for my friend Amy. Her son Wyatt was born July 6,2009. He was a blast to have here. Logan was a great little helper, I have a few shots of Logan with Wyatt. It was a great day and I really enjoyed babysitting. I was pretty tired after the day was over, but it still was great fun and it was nice to earn a little extra cash for us.

Tummy time for Wyatt

Logan looking at Wyatt, wondering who this little person is. He was not here when I went to bed last night?

Logan giving Wyatt his Binky.

Well I'm gonna end this post with some pictures of Logan with daddy's shoes & hat on. He really enjoys walking around the house with daddy's shoes on. He is getting pretty good at it.

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!
